Parachute Rig comes ready to fish with a 60 lb. fluorocarbon leader and 3 way swivel.  Each parachute has a 9" solid chartreuse shad with a 9/0 Mustad stinger hook.  We recruited the talents of Captain Chris Petrillo of the Bay Hunter II to custom tie the chartreuse crystal hair which is very fluorescent in UV light.
